Dog by name, dog by nature. A film truly so bad it's good. 'Starring' Michael Hutchence, famous as lead singer of INXS, and directed by Lowenstein who had made several music videos for the band. This film is somewhat successful in capturing a certain time and place: the 80s inner-city-Melbourne drugs and music scene, and for that it is has a curiousity factor. Hutchence's 'performance', which simply doesn't exist as he lurches, drools, stumbles and mumbles through a dire script attempting to be super sexy, is plain hilarious. A very entertaining watch, if you're in the right mood.
