A slice of life from the rough Western suburbs of Sydney, circa 1977. Blokes, beers, ciggies, cars and sheilas galore. It's almost a serious version of The Castle, lacking any pretence of political correctness, opting for the harsh reality of the time. An amazing time capsule that is engrossing viewing on several levels, despite some below-par acting and storyline. Mind you, you'll be lucky to find it at your local store or on TV these days - so if you do get the chance, take it!
